Signage & Commercial Use
The Grant Deed specifies only non-commercial usage, however commercial activity does occur, including retail sales of merchandise, and sales of alcoholic beverages. Some of the signage is outright advertisement.
Additionally, signage is limited to signs or banners not exceeding 12 square feet in area. Many prohibited signs are posted during these large events, which feel like graffiti on what used to be a peaceful, picturesque valley.
